At KCKIDD PRINTS, we want you to love your purchase! Since our products are made-to-order through Printify, we follow a specific refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

🧾 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• The print quality is poor or incorrect

• The item received is not what was ordered

To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

You do not need to return the item—just provide photo evidence and we’ll take care of the rest.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us. We’ll investigate and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size charts)

• Color variations due to screen differences
